Our company was founded in 1887 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and was called the Magazine Printing Company. David R. Lyon was one of the original founders and owners. Today, the company is owned and operated by the Lyon fourth and fifth generations. The company was renamed Joseph Lyon and Associates in 1982, and recently has been shortened to Lyon Printing. The company was on Richards Street in two different locations in downtown Salt Lake until 1964. We then moved to our current West Temple location in South Salt Lake.
